福岡県警察音楽隊は昭和29年に25名で発足しました。

　現在は隊長以下36名(7名のカラーガードを含む)の隊員が所属しています。県民と警察を結ぶ音の架け橋として、県内各地で開催される「暴力団排除運動」、「地域安全運動」や「学校等での交通安全・防犯教室」において演奏演技を行っています。

　警察音楽隊は演奏演技を通し、県民の皆様へ警察活動に対する理解と協力をいただき、犯罪・事故がない安全な社会づくりを目標に日々の活動に取り組んでいます。

カラーガード

　カラーガードは昭和62年に発足、現在は7名の女性警察官が所属しており、音楽隊の演奏とともに、カラフルで華やかな演技を披露しています。

In 1954, Fukuoka Prefectural Police Band was organized with 25 members.
Currently, captain and 35 members including Color Guard are belonging to the band.
The band shows performances at events promoting regional safety and the elimination of organized crime and also traffic safety class and crime prevention class in schools as the bridge between people and police.
The band works on making good performances to make people understand and cooperate with police through music and make safe society without any crimes and accidents.

Color Guard

In1987,Fukuoka Prefectural Police Color Guard was organized.
Currently, seven female police officers organize Color Guard belonging to Fukuoka Prefectural Police Band.
Color Guard shows colorful and bright performances with musical performances of the band.
