モンゴル警察音楽隊であるスルド警察音楽隊は1991年、長官命により、「警察中央音楽隊」として発足しました。当初の隊員は26人です。以後、全国の警察本部が開く式典や文化行事で演奏しています。

　スルド警察音楽隊の本隊が、そうした式典やコンサートの演奏を担います。さらに、民族楽器を使う「オンゴッド」バンドと、電子音楽の「ロイヤル・アルテ」バンドも、スルドの構成員です。全体で、総合指揮者1人、指揮者1人、演奏者21人というメンバーです。

　演奏会は、2016年から18年まで「ベスト・オブ・スルド1、2」や、2015年以降は警察ジャズ音楽のを開いてきました。ジャズ演奏を学ぶプログラムの参加者も少しずつ増やして参りました。

　スルド警察音楽隊は、さまざまな組織・団体の創立記念行事にも色を添えてきました。警察庁は、創立70年、80年、90年、95年、100年の各式典、交通警察部は60年と65年、法務省の90年と100年、警察学校の70年です。モンゴル内務大学の創立80年の際は、記念祝賀会に参加しました。

オンゴッド

　オンゴッドは2011年に、6人の演奏家で結成され、2012年からスルドの一部となりました。モリンホール、ダルシマー、トブシュール、ギター、パーカッション、喉歌の担い手で構成されます。民族楽器と電子楽器も使う最近の流行に乗り、フォークソングを得意とします。2012年に単独コンサートを開きました。そして、ファーストアルバム「ボリューム1」を2014年に、2枚目を2016年にそれぞれ出しました。

ロイヤル・アルテ

　電子楽器を使うロイヤル・アルテは2012年、スルドの後押しを受け結成されました。「Life」「Gesiimaa」「Only to you」「God of love」「No tears」「Loyal Brave True」「Besame mucho」「Don't start now」「All I ask of」などと、国内外の曲をレパートリーとしています。2020年、初単独ライブを成功裏に終えました。

The Mongolian National Police Agency's Suld Ensemble was established by order No. b/110 of the Commissioner General of the National Police Agency in 1991 under the name of “Central Music of the Police,” with 26 musicians. Its role is to perform at ceremonies and cultural events held by police departments throughout the country. It also stages concert performances. The Ongod post-ethnic band and The Royal Arte electric music band are additional components of the ensemble.

　The ensemble consists of one general conductor, one conductor and 21 musicians. It successfully participated in the 2016-2018 “Best of Suld 1, 2” concerts and has taken part in police band jazz performances since 2015. It has gradually increased the number of members enrolled in its jazz music training program.

The Suld Ensemble has taken part in the following anniversary events of each organization: the 70th, 80th, 90th, 95th and 100th events of the National Police Agency, the 80th of the Metropolitan Police Department, the 60th and 65th of the Traffic Police Department, the 90th and 100th of the Ministry of Justice, and the 70th of the Police Academy. It also participated in the celebrations and historical commemoration ceremonies held for the 80th anniversary of the University of Internal Affairs of Mongolia.

The Ongod post-ethnic band

The Ongod post-ethnic band was formed in 2011 with six artists and has been a member of the Suld Ensemble since 2012. It is an ensemble of instruments such as the morin khuur, dulcimer, tovshuur, guitar and percussion along with a throat singer, and performs folk songs, with a focus on post-ethnic and electro-ethnic currents. The group held their first solo concert in 2012 and released their first album, "Vol.1," in 2014 and their second one in 2016.

The Royal Arte electric band

The Royal Arte electric band was formed in 2012 under the auspices of the Suld Ensemble. Their repertoire is a rich mixture of Mongolian and foreign songs including "Life," "Gesiimaa," "Only to You," "God of Love," "No Tears," "Loyal Brave True," "Besame Mucho," "Don't Start Now," and "All I Ask Of." The band successfully held their first solo live concert in 2020.
