山梨県警察音楽隊は、警察本部や県下の各警察署に勤務する警察官や職員で編成され、「県民と警察を結ぶ音の架け橋」として、演奏活動による積極的な警察広報を行っています。毎年「ふれあいコンサート」を開催しているほか、「お昼のコンサート」、交通安全や地域安全などのイベント、小学校などでの音楽会のほか、公的なセレモニーやイベントなどで、子どもから大人まであらゆる方々に楽しんでいただける演奏を心掛けて活動しています。

The Yamanashi Prefectural Police Band, composed of officers and personnel that work at the headquarters or various police stations throughout the prefecture, promotes police activities through musical performances. It is a "bridge of music" between the police and prefectural residents. In addition to the "Fureai Concert" (Friendship Concert) held annually, the group performs at "lunchtime concerts," events endorsing traffic and community safety, concerts at elementary schools, and public ceremonies or events. The band strives to entertain audiences of all ages -- from children to adults.
